You have the best Rolodex in the field and that is not a joke — every single person on this board will take your call. Nobody here is lying to you. Nobody here is hiding anything. Every one of them will tell you the exact truth about their own authority.

A favor is spent the moment you dial. It does not come back, it cannot be refunded, and the person on the other end will always, always know somebody else.

WING DOCTRINE: Every contact in this cabinet is a fictional archetype — a job title with a phone number, invented whole for a game. No real official, office, staffer or company is depicted, and nobody in here is dishonest, obstructive, or hiding a thing. That is the entire point. The comedy of this cabinet is not villainy. It is sixteen sincere, competent, fully-funded people discovering in real time that not one of them owns a shelf. The review board holds that a network which cannot hold an object is not a conspiracy. It is an org chart.
