Twenty
And Back

A man states publicly that he served roughly twenty years in a secret space program, and was then age-regressed and returned to the exact moment he left. We believe every word of it. Which is why this review board is not interested in the craft, the bases, or the biologics. This board has one question, and it has had it since 1996: who was signing the timesheets?

Everyone hears this story and asks about the ships. Amateurs. Look at what is actually being described: twenty years of labor. Full time. No relief crew documented. No shore leave on the record. Off-world, off-book, off-payroll. And then the employee is returned to the calendar — same day, same hour, same nineteen-year-old body — with nothing in his hands.

Zero pay stubs. No W-2. No overtime. No vesting. No exit interview. This is not a space story. This is the largest wage-theft case in two worlds, and it has never once been argued in front of anybody.

The board wishes to be clear about its posture. The claim is accepted in full. That is precisely what makes the paperwork so alarming. If a man tells you he was abducted by aliens, that is a mystery. If a man tells you he worked a twenty-year shift and came home to a bedroom he never left, that is a Department of Labor matter, and someone at that Department is going to have to explain why nobody opened a file.

Twenty years of continuous duty at the federal minimum wage in effect at the time of induction — $4.75 an hour — forty straight, one hundred twenty-eight at time and a half, compounded annually at six percent from the first hour. The overtime is where it gets genuinely uncomfortable, because nobody has produced a schedule showing when he was off. The board's working assumption is that he was never off. The board would be delighted to be corrected. In writing. With a schedule.

No Employer Match Across Two Planets
Twenty years is a full vesting cliff at any employer on this rock. The board contacted the plan administrator and reached a tone. Not a person, not a menu — a tone. We have logged it as a response but not as a match.
Item 03 • PTO Accrued
Carried Over, Per The Handbook Nobody Has Produced
At a conservative two weeks a year, that is forty weeks sitting on the books, unpaid out, unrolled over, un-anything. Every employer in America will tell you their carryover policy is in the handbook. This is the first employer in history to make that claim while also having no known address at which a handbook could be kept.

Item 04 • The Age Regression
Legally, A Benefit?
The board has consulted three attorneys. Attorney One holds that returned youth is compensation in kind and taxable at fair market value, which nobody can establish, because there is no comp. Attorney Two holds that it is destruction of evidence, since the body was the timesheet. Attorney Three left the profession. She was the one making progress.
Item 05 • The Exit Interview
Never Conducted
HR was, at the time, on Mars. This is not offered as an excuse. This is offered as the single most damning line in the entire file, because it means there was an HR, which means there was a department, which means there was a budget, and a budget is a thing that has a signature on it.

Somebody approved these hours. Somebody has an initial in a box. The board does not need the ship. The board needs the box.
